Shipping Details

*All orders are shipped through US Postal Service under via USPS Priority mail.  

*Packages are shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment is received.

*Studio Black Avenue (Ashtine) cannot be held responsible for any orders received damaged by shipping career. This includes theft or loss. Here, at Studio Black Avenue, (Ashtine), all orders are carefully wrapped and double boxed to insure the integrity of the product so that all orders arrive safely.

*All products are shipped from the state of Oregon.

Continental US

*All orders shipped within the Continental US (depending on location) will be received within 2-8 business days. 

*Tracking number will be provided by email.

*Buyers are responsible for any state tax that may apply


*All orders shipped outside the Continental US will be shipped by US Postal Service. We highly recommend using USPS Priority International for a tracking number. The possibility of theft, damage, loss, or issues with Customs is not worth the risk. If you wish to accept this risk and purchase USPS International First Class,  there will not be a shipping tracking number but a copy of the shipping receipt can forward by email. Studio Black Avenue (Ashtine) cannot be held responsible for theft, damage, loss, or issues with Customs, exc.


*USPS International First Class typically takes 10-30 days to arrive.

*USPS Priority Mail typically takes 6-10 days to arrive. 

*Custom and Import Tax: Buyers are responsible for any Custom or Import Tax that may apply. Studio Black Avenue (Ashtine) is not responsible for any delays due to Customs. 

Return and Exchanges

Exchanges will be received under the following conditions:

* Contact via email: within 3 business days of receiving product. Both parties must agree upon the reason of the item to be exchanged before item is shipped back. There after, the item for exchange must be shipped back within 3 business days from the day of agreement through email.  The customer returning an item for exchange is responsible for all shipping costs/ state tax and must provide a tracking number.  This includes shipping the product back and for the new exchange item that is sent out. Item desired for exchange will not be shipped out until the original item ordered is received and confirmed that no damage had occurred to the original order. 

Returns: All sales are finale and products cannot be accepted for a full refund.

Care Instructions

All blooms should be handled carefully with consideration of their sentimental value. Wearable pieces are design for special occasions and should not be worn during vigorous activities.  Each bloom is made from fine copper and steel, reinforcing the durability of each flower. However, the metal is not resilient from being bent and should be handled with care. Do not drop your precious flower, otherwise the metal will bend. Any bending of the flower petals wears at the foundation of the color and may cause distress to the blooms structure. It is okay to bend the steel rods of a wearable bloom for custom fitting. It is recommended to do this sparingly for this too, wears at the foundation of the metal elements. The surface of all blooms can be cleaned with water, soap or alcohol. To insure the longevity of ones flower bloom, when not being used for a special occasion, keep your piece in an area of display or contained in a glass case.

All Ashtine, Studio Black Avenue products and designs which include, but are not limited to long stem metal roses, headpieces, and clips are protected by patent and are not available for recreation of any kind, except by Ashtine, Studio Black Avenue. Also, any use of Ashtine, Studio Black Avenue products and designs for press and publication must be accompanied with proper credit to Ashtine, Studio Black Avenue designs.
